I just wanted to thank you for your attitude toward lice that came accross in the FAQs.

I live in the US and there is certainly a real “freak-out” response to lice.

I found lice on my daughter’s head on Christmas Eve. My son asked, “What do they do?” and I had to honestly answer, “not much”, so what was I so upset about. He just shrugged his shoulders.

I have been going nuts with laundry, etc., all the while thinking, “if they are so hard to get off the head like people say, why would they be falling off onto bedsheets and coats?”

You have helped me gain a better perspective. I also so appreciate the info regarding not having to clean the entirehouse and every single item that may have come in contact with my daughter’s head.

Thanks again for your down-to-earth approach. I feel more relaxed now. Please pass this thanks on to whomever it would please.
